These terms govern residential cleaning services provided by Deysi Cleaning LLC, operating as Deysi Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"), and your use of this website. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide residential cleaning services in Northern Virginia. The specific tasks included in your service are those agreed at the time of your estimate or booking. Work outside that scope may require a revised quote.

Estimates and pricing

  • Estimates are based on the size, condition, and scope of the home as described or observed at the time of the estimate.
  • If conditions differ materially from what was described, we may adjust the price or scope. We will tell you before proceeding.
  • Recurring service pricing assumes the agreed frequency is maintained. Skipped visits may change the rate for the following visit, because more time is required.

Scheduling, cancellation, and access

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • If we cannot access the home at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to keep your scheduled time, and will contact you promptly if we need to reschedule.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of each visit. We will confirm accepted payment methods with you at the time of your estimate.

Your responsibilities

  • Secure or put away cash, jewelry, and irreplaceable or highly fragile items before your service.
  • Tell us about pets, alarm codes, or areas you would like us to skip.
  • Provide safe access to the home, including working utilities.

24-hour guarantee

If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to correct it at no charge.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage to items that were not secured as described above.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Deysi Cleaning, including quotes, appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up questions about your service.

  • Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule and active requests.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply to all messages.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. If you opt out, we will contact you by phone or email instead.

This site is provided for information and booking. We may update its content at any time. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request an estimate, book a cleaning, or consent to receive text messages from Deysi Cleaning LLC. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send text messages to, anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us at 571-506-7665 and we will remove it.
