Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 17, 2026

Deysi Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, book a cleaning, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Contact information — your name, phone number, email address, and service address
  • Service details — the size and layout of your home, cleaning frequency, access instructions, and any special requests
  • Communication records — messages, calls, and emails between you and us
  • Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers

We collect this information directly from you: through forms on this website, by phone, by text message, by email, or in person during an estimate.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide quotes and schedule, perform, and follow up on cleaning services
  • Communicate with you about appointments, estimates, changes, and service questions
  • Send appointment confirmations and reminders by text message, if you have consented
  • Process payments and maintain business records
  • Improve our services and respond to feedback

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you appointment confirmations, reminders, quotes, service-related updates, review requests, and occasional service offers.

  • Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
  • Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive our services; we will contact you by phone or email instead.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate our business — for example, scheduling software, payment processors, and communication platforms — and only as needed to perform those services
  • With members of our cleaning team, limited to the information needed to perform your service
  • When required by law, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of others

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you are a customer and afterward as needed for legitimate business purposes, tax obligations, and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to any records we are required to keep
  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or of emails using the unsubscribe link

To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
